Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the project management of plant construction, guiding projects from the initial bidding phase through to successful customer handover. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will design layouts for plants and processes, manage scheduling and resources, and conduct detailed cost calculations. You will act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading team meetings and coordinating with internal departments to ensure project milestones are met. A key part of the role includes monitoring project progress, overseeing final acceptance tests, and managing risks through proactive claim and escalation management. This position is particularly attractive as it offers a long-term perspective with a planned permanent takeover by the client after an initial onboarding phase.
