Job Summary
As the IT Application and Service Operations Lead, you will hold overall responsibility for L1 and L2 support, ensuring stable service processes through clear governance and escalation management. Your daily activities will focus on defining and evolving ITSM processes—specifically Incident, Problem, and Request fulfillment—to maintain high service quality across a diverse landscape of legacy and modern IT systems. A major component of this role involves the steering and governance of external support providers, monitoring SLAs and KPIs to ensure reliable performance. You will also play a critical role in 'Operative Readiness,' collaborating closely with development and business departments to manage releases, changes, and platform go-lives. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and has a deep understanding of business-critical IT services.
