This role involves the coordination and management of civil engineering projects for the State Construction Management of Braunschweig. As a central point of contact for the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB), you will oversee building maintenance and manage all user-specific and property-related engineering concerns. Your daily responsibilities include project leadership, planning, tendering, and construction supervision across all HOAI service phases (1-9). You will be responsible for commissioning and monitoring external engineering firms while ensuring strict adherence to quality, deadlines, and costs.
