As an IT Application Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the administration of Windows and Linux systems, along with managing network and server services. Your day-to-day tasks will involve documenting IT processes, providing 1st and 2nd level support, and handling application support. You will also configure, implement, and manage network components like LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, and switching. A key part of your role will be monitoring and troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues, serving as a point of contact for external disruptions, and assisting with cybersecurity vulnerability analysis. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in network technology
- Professional experience with Windows Client and Server operating systems
- Experience in Powershell and BAT scripting (desirable)
