Head of IT | IT-Leitung (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role as Head of IT places you at the strategic core of a growing, family-run logistics company with over 500 employees. You will take full responsibility for the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and future viability from the server level up. Key daily tasks include administering central systems (Active Directory, Exchange, ERP, DMS, VPN, Firewalls), overseeing IT security and data protection, and driving exciting IT projects with short decision paths. Crucially, you will lead and mentor a small team of 2-3 colleagues and manage external IT partnerships and budgets. This position is ideal for a structured, solution-oriented IT professional with a relevant degree and multi-year experience in administration and project steering who is eager to take on significant responsibility and actively shape the company's digital landscape with high autonomy and direct input to the management team.
