As a Facility Site Manager for Filia Service GmbH in Munich, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational excellence of cleaning services for one of Germany's top 20 facility management companies. Your daily responsibilities include organizing cleaning workflows, managing personnel selection and leadership, and conducting essential staff training and documentation. You will be the primary point of contact for quality control, vacation planning, and ensuring strict adherence to environmental, health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
