As a Back Office Team Assistant at Geiger FM Technik West GmbH, you will play a central role in supporting facility management operations in Castrop-Rauxel. Your daily responsibilities include planning maintenance intervals, repairs, and inspections for technical systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. You will be responsible for documenting technical processes, processing service reports, and maintaining inventory data within a CAFM system. Additionally, you will handle procurement, manage material orders, verify subcontractor invoices, and monitor budgets. This role acts as a communication hub between on-site technicians, external service providers, and building users. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial or technical vocational training, or a degree in Facility Management.
Experience

- Experience in handling material orders and subcontractor invoice verification
- Experience in technical documentation and data maintenance
