Job Summary

The Municipality of Schöffengrund is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Building Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for the project management of all HOAI service phases for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, including the construction of fire stations. Your day-to-day duties will involve managing tenders and awards, overseeing construction and planning accounting, and monitoring external planning offices. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing municipal heat planning. This position is ideal for a civil engineer or state-certified technician with a background in civil or road engineering. Required Skills

Education
