Job Summary
The Municipality of Schöffengrund is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their Building Services department. In this role, you will be responsible for the project management of all HOAI service phases for new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects, including the construction of fire stations. Your day-to-day duties will involve managing tenders and awards, overseeing construction and planning accounting, and monitoring external planning offices. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing municipal heat planning. This position is ideal for a civil engineer or state-certified technician with a background in civil or road engineering. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university or technical college degree in Civil Engineering; alternatively, further training as a state-certified technician specializing in civil engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience in road construction or civil engineering is preferred
- Experience in project management across all HOAI service phases
- Experience in managing tenders, awards, and construction accounting
- Experience in monitoring external planning and construction management offices

- Driving license class B required. Must be willing to participate in committee meetings outside of standard working hours. Position is initially limited to a five-year contract.
