Job Summary
This leadership role involves overseeing the entire administrative operations for the Catholic parish communities in the Münster North-West region. As the Administrative Director, you will manage all non-pastoral staff, including administrative assistants, musicians, and facility management personnel. A primary focus of the role is to relieve the lead pastors of administrative burdens by taking full responsibility for operational processes. You will act as a strategic advisor to the church boards on matters of human resources, budgeting, accounting, real estate management, and investment projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed University degree (FH/Bachelor) in Economics, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification (e.g., Administrative Course II, Diploma in Public Administration, or eligibility for senior administrative service).
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of finance, specifically in Cameralistic or New Municipal Finance (NKF) accounting
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse teams and personnel
- Experience in managing and implementing organizational change processes
- Professional experience in committee work and advisory roles
- Experience within ecclesiastical or church administrative structures is preferred
