Job Summary
This role involves managing the administrative lifecycle of international volunteers for a non-profit organization dedicated to Waldorf education and global crisis relief. Based in Karlsruhe, you will handle the logistics of volunteer placements from departure through their stay abroad until their return. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining volunteer databases, managing insurance and documentation, coordinating seminar logistics, and communicating with volunteers and international partner institutions. You will work in an interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with program guidelines and optimize administrative workflows. Required Skills
Education
Ideally a successfully completed vocational training in administration or a related field.
Experience
- Professional experience in administration is ideally required
