Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central within a dynamic IT service provider. You will be instrumental in planning and coordinating customer projects, actively participating in their execution, and providing expert consultation to optimize business processes through modern software solutions, mobile apps, and web services. A key part of your responsibilities will include preparing and conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing customer support. You will also contribute to sales efforts by assisting with proposal creation and product presentations.
