Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated UCC System Engineer focused on advancing the digitalization of public administration in Germany. The successful candidate will manage and continuously develop the UCC Hosting Platform, overseeing Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) and AI projects from the initial pre-sales phase through to full implementation. Key responsibilities include handling service and support requests, ensuring thorough documentation, and maintaining close coordination with core vendors like Innovaphone, AudioCodes, and F24. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, such as an IT Systems Electronics Technician, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience in telecommunications and UCC solutions. This position offers a unique blend of flexibility, including hybrid work and occasional customer appointments, balanced with office time and strong team support. You will operate within a proprietary data center environment, establishing standards and utilizing modern tools like Teams and Innovaphone for internal communication.
