Job Summary

As a (Senior) Customer Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the end-to-end relationship from contract signing through implementation and ongoing operations of the Rulemapping solution. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams consisting of Legal and Automation Engineers to design custom solutions on a no-code automation platform. Your daily responsibilities include project controlling, configuring UIs and API integrations, and managing ongoing operations such as incident and SLA management. This role is unique for its position at the intersection of GovTech and AI, offering the chance to simplify complex bureaucratic processes with a direct societal impact. You will play a key role in shaping delivery processes within a growing SaaS environment, working closely with C-level stakeholders to ensure successful digital transformation for clients.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a technical operations, SaaS, customer success, or IT consulting role
  • Proven track record in the implementation of IT solutions
  • Extensive experience with IT Service Management processes including Incident, Change, and SLA management
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Experience in project controlling and proactive project leadership
