As a Solution Architect for Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement, you will serve as the technological driving force at INTENSE, designing modern CRM and service solutions for the utility industry. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing innovative CRM architectures, leading development teams through technical guidance and code reviews, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and BTP. You will bridge the gap between technical design and business value by creating prototypes, roadmaps, and providing pre-sales support.
