As a Solution Architect for Service Cloud V2 & SAP CX at INTENSE, you will serve as the technical backbone for our CRM and service portfolio, specifically within the utilities sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing scalable CRM architectures, leading development teams through code reviews and design decisions, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP Service Cloud V2 with systems like S/4HANA and SAP BTP. You will act as a bridge between technical implementation and business value, supporting pre-sales activities, creating prototypes, and mentoring colleagues to maintain high-quality, maintainable code.
