Job Summary
This role involves managing and processing critical quality events within a pharmaceutical GMP laboratory environment. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will handle deviations, CAPAs, change management, and customer complaints, while ensuring the integrity of GMP documents and raw data. You will be responsible for maintaining the internal Quality Management Manual (QMH) and driving continuous improvement through the creation of SOPs and training materials. The position offers a highly collaborative environment, acting as a vital interface between chromatographic, inorganic, and microbiological laboratories, management, and external auditors. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Chemical Technician/Laboratory Technician or a University degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, or a related natural science field.
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP environment
- Experience in managing quality events such as deviations and CAPAs
- Professional experience in the preparation and support of audits and inspections
- Experience in creating and managing SOPs and quality documentation
