Job Summary

As a GMP Quality Assurance Manager at Normec Heppeler Institute, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of a pharmaceutical laboratory inspected by EU and US authorities. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing quality events such as deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes, while reviewing GMP documents and raw data. You will be responsible for maintaining the Quality Management Manual (QMH), drafting SOPs, and conducting training sessions. This role serves as a vital interface between chromatographic, inorganic, and microbiological laboratories, requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external auditors. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a State-Certified Chemical Technician / Laboratory Technician or a university degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance with specific GMP experience
  • Experience in managing quality events including deviations, CAPAs, and customer complaints
  • Proven experience in preparing for and supporting audits and inspections
  • Professional background in a laboratory or pharmaceutical environment
