Job Summary

This role is central to the operational service of swb Erzeugung GmbH, where you will manage and control the fault reporting process for energy and power plant facilities. Your day-to-day responsibilities include prioritizing, commissioning, and tracking maintenance orders, as well as coordinating both internal and external service providers. You will act as a vital link between various production sites and internal interfaces, ensuring that electrotechnical services meet strict deadlines, quality standards, and cost requirements. Beyond routine coordination, you will participate in controlling rounds, contribute to technical optimization projects, and identify process improvements. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and SAP PM who enjoys a mix of technical oversight and organizational management. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering with additional qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering.

  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and monitoring internal and external service providers
  • Proven experience in managing fault reporting processes, including prioritization and tracking
  • Experience in technical project participation and process optimization
