As the Team Lead for Electrical Engineering at the Mittelsbüren power plant site, you will play a pivotal role in securing the energy supply while driving the transition toward clean energy. You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of the Electrical and I&C (Instrumentation and Control) team, ensuring the smooth operation of power production facilities and converter systems. Your daily activities include acting as the 'Responsible Qualified Electrician' (VEFK), managing maintenance budgets via SAP, and developing electrical and control concepts. You will also oversee fault analysis, system optimization, and the planning of major revisions and inspections.
