Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the 'Civento' application and process platform for the City of Mainz. As a key member of the E-Government team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, adaptation, and further development of digital online services. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and administrative needs, providing 1st-level support, conducting user training, and ensuring quality assurance for municipal online services. A significant portion of the role focuses on implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) and digitizing local government processes. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Science, Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent; or qualification for the A 10 LBesO civil service grade; or completed Administrative Training II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • Professional experience in application management or digital process optimization
  • Experience in the analysis and evaluation of functional requirements for digital services
  • Practical experience in quality assurance and testing of online applications
  • Experience in conducting technical training or user support
  • Experience or strong interest in agile working methods and interdisciplinary collaboration
