This role involves managing and optimizing the 'Civento' application and process platform for the City of Mainz. As a key member of the E-Government team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, adaptation, and further development of digital online services. You will act as a bridge between technical requirements and administrative needs, providing 1st-level support, conducting user training, and ensuring quality assurance for municipal online services. A significant portion of the role focuses on implementing the Online Access Act (OZG) and digitizing local government processes.
