Job Summary

This role involves supporting the management staff of the Building Management department in Mainz. As a Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cost centers, cost types, and cost units. Your primary duties include preparing operational accounting sheets (BAB), analyzing variances at the G/L account level, and reconciling financial accounting with cost accounting. You will play a vital role in preparing annual financial statements, economic plans, and investment programs while maintaining monthly reporting for construction projects. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in business administration or public administration who enjoy analytical tasks. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, or qualification for the A 10 LBesO status office in Administration and Finance, or completion of the Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).
