Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at Leipziger Stadtwerke, you will play a pivotal role in transforming Leipzig's energy landscape through modern generation technologies. You will be responsible for the electrical planning and project engineering of power plants, Power-to-Heat (P2H) systems, and large-scale heat pumps. Your day-to-day involves managing the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to operational handover, ensuring all technical, safety, and environmental standards are met. You will act as a central interface between internal departments and external service providers, overseeing progress and managing procurement processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the electrical planning, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Specific experience with high-voltage levels up to 110 kV.
- Proven experience in project management within the energy or power generation sector.
- Experience in managing internal and external interfaces including construction, safety, and environmental protection.
- Experience with technical regulatory environments and legal requirements (DIN, VGB).
