Job Summary

As the ERP Deployment Lead, you will spearhead the transformational rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template across European entities. Working in a co-leadership capacity with the Business Deployment Lead, you are the primary point of accountability for regional ERP delivery, ensuring all technical activities align with global governance and Life Science regulatory standards. Your daily responsibilities involve mobilizing local resources, overseeing data migration readiness, and coordinating complex technical designs for system integrations. You will lead critical testing phases and manage the high-stakes cutover planning to ensure a seamless transition to the new system, followed by dedicated hypercare support.
