Job Summary

This role involves leading the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) department at the Meppen site, which consists of approximately 115 employees. As a key member of the site management team, you will develop and implement the HSEQ master plan, manage a small team of experts, and ensure compliance with both German and international safety standards. Your day-to-day will involve conducting audits, managing energy and waste protocols, and maintaining ISO management systems (9001, 14001, 50001). You will also act as the primary liaison for regulatory authorities and lead crisis management efforts during site emergencies. The position is ideal for a proactive professional with a background in chemical engineering who wants to drive sustainability and safety in an international environment.
