Required Skills

Education

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (ideally with a focus on Automation Technology), Process Control Technology, or a comparable field.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, food, or plant engineering industry.
  • Proven experience in maintenance processes and standards.
  • Practical experience in planning and executing projects or plant turnarounds.
  • Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
