Required Skills
Education
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (ideally with a focus on Automation Technology), Process Control Technology, or a comparable field.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, energy, food, or plant engineering industry.
- Proven experience in maintenance processes and standards.
- Practical experience in planning and executing projects or plant turnarounds.
- Experience in technical leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
