Job Summary

As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for the on-site repair, maintenance, and installation of complex electro-mechanical systems within a high-tech semiconductor environment. Your daily activities involve analytical troubleshooting to the component level, performing equipment relocations, and executing field modifications based on engineering change notifications. You will play a critical role in minimizing system downtime and ensuring equipment reliability at customer sites. Beyond technical execution, the role involves managing small-scale projects and coaching junior colleagues. Required Skills

Education

Technical education in electronics, engineering, or a related field (HTL/Bachelor's degree equivalent).

Experience

  • 10+ years of total professional work experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
  • Professional experience in repairing and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Experience working from electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams
  • Experience in project planning and execution
  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior technical staff
