Job Summary
As a Sales Consultant, you will manage the full sales lifecycle within a recruitment or consultancy context. Your day-to-day involves managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interview feedback between clients and applicants, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to business development, including cold calling, market analysis to identify growing companies, and conducting high-level acquisition calls with executives. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, performing detailed requirement analyses to understand both technical needs and corporate culture. This position is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy a mix of project management and active sales. The role is based in a premium office in Berlin and offers a modern, hybrid work environment with a high degree of self-determination.
