Job Summary

As a Service Desk Team Coordinator in Hamburg, you will serve as a technical leader for a team of 10 to 12 service desk employees within an established IT service provider. Your daily responsibilities include coordinating team tasks, managing resource utilization, and ensuring the strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will act as a primary technical contact for customers while remaining hands-on by processing, classifying, and documenting incidents within a ticketing system. Beyond operational support, you are responsible for maintaining knowledge databases and conducting error analyses to improve service quality. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys both technical troubleshooting and organizational leadership. The position offers an attractive salary up to €50,000 per year, a modern office environment, and a long-term career perspective with the potential for permanent takeover after an initial placement period.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Service Desk or User Help Desk (UHD) environments
  • Practical experience in First-Level Support
  • Experience in team coordination or technical leadership of small to medium teams
  • Proven experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Experience in resource planning and task prioritization
