As an IT Support Technician in Hannover, you will be responsible for providing essential onsite technical support and client system management for a renowned client. Your day-to-day activities will involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various hardware including desktops, notebooks, tablets, and mobile scanners. You will act as a hands-on problem solver, diagnosing and resolving technical faults while documenting processes in the service management system. The role also includes supporting large-scale hardware and software rollouts and managing the logistics of IT equipment with transport providers.
