As an Application & Systems Support Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for the WinGuard platform and its extensive range of over 500 adapters. Your daily responsibilities involve structuring and prioritizing support tickets, performing hands-on troubleshooting via remote sessions, and analyzing complex network protocols. You will play a critical role in integrating various IT disciplines, including virtualization, database management, and IT security mechanisms, while ensuring robust system documentation.
