Job Summary

As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will provide essential technical support to end-users through phone, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions. Your daily responsibilities include setting up and deploying new hardware, troubleshooting hardware and software issues within a Windows environment, and maintaining a wide range of devices including laptops, printers, and mobile equipment. You will play a critical role in IT security by managing software updates, patches, and performing system health checks. Additionally, you will handle user account management via Active Directory and assist with network error resolution. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in the helpdesk or service desk sector
  • Professional experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and user-specific issues in Windows environments
  • Experience in managing user accounts within Active Directory
  • Practical experience in maintaining peripherals, mobile devices, and network infrastructure
