Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of technical facilities for the Institute for Federal Real Estate (BImA) in Wiesbaden. As part of the Facility Management division, you will monitor low and medium-voltage power supply systems within a 24/7 shift system. Your day-to-day responsibilities include operating Building Management Systems (BMS), managing fire alarm management systems, and performing targeted troubleshooting and minor repairs on critical infrastructure such as emergency power generators, UPS systems, and large battery units. You will also oversee external contractors during maintenance and repair work.
