Job Summary

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is seeking an Operations Manager to join their Facility Management division in Würzburg. In this permanent, full-time role, you will act as the permanent deputy team lead for the Property Management Team. Your daily responsibilities involve managing technical building equipment, ensuring operational safety, and overseeing maintenance processes. You will collaborate with building management to optimize operational concepts, manage service contracts, and coordinate construction measures. A key focus is driving the path toward climate-neutral real estate management. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in building services and strong administrative skills, including procurement and contract management. Required Skills

Education
