Job Summary

As an Energy Manager for the Municipality of Inden, you will lead the independent establishment and implementation of a comprehensive energy management system. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing strategic energy-saving measures, promoting renewable energy sources, and reducing CO2 emissions across municipal properties. You will act as a key consultant for energy requirements, identifying improvement potentials in building infrastructure and communicating climate protection concepts to citizens, businesses, and authorities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who views energy efficiency as a critical future-oriented task. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Natural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or Business (with technical experience); alternatively, a Master Craftsman or Technician certification in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Energy and Building Technology, or Environmental Protection Technology.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical fields required if holding a business degree
