This role at the TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar involves providing expert medical physics support within the Clinic and Polyclinic for Nuclear Medicine. As a Medical Physics Expert, you will play a critical role in treating patients using radioactive isotopes and ensuring radiation safety protocols are strictly followed. Required Skills
Education
University or Technical College degree in Physics or Medical Physics. Specialized expertise (Fachkunde) in Nuclear Medicine as a Medical Physics Expert is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in medical physics or nuclear medicine is preferred
- Experience in radiation protection and acting as a Radiation Protection Officer
- Experience in implementing measures required by supervisory authorities (e.g., State Office for the Environment)
- Experience or interest in scientific research and continuous professional development

Additional
- Participation in on-call radiation protection shifts is required. The position is fixed-term for 17 months. Applicants must be able to work in Munich (Max-Weber-Platz).
