Job Summary

As a Systems Engineer for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of autonomous driving and vehicle safety. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing system development processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards, creating detailed technical specifications, and conducting risk assessments in accordance with ISO 26262. You will act as a central bridge between software, hardware, and testing departments, managing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to integrate complex system components and lead validation and verification efforts. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study. IREB RM or Systems Engineering certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • Professional experience in vehicle systems and vehicle architecture, specifically within ADAS/AD domains
  • Proven experience using requirements management tools such as IBM DOORS, Codebeamer, or PTC Integrity
  • Practical experience with system architecture tools like Cameo or Enterprise Architect
  • Experience in project management including scheduling, resource management, and budget monitoring
  • Experience in model-based systems engineering (MBSE) is preferred
