Job Summary
As an SAP HCM Application Manager at rku.it GmbH, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and advising clients within the utility, public transport, and local government sectors. Your daily responsibilities involve managing various SAP HCM modules such as PA, PY, PT, OM, FI-TV, and ESS/MSS on S/4HANA. You will be responsible for defining operational requirements, ensuring high-quality standards, and implementing new projects and applications, occasionally taking on sub-project leadership roles. The position demands a high level of technical expertise to handle 2nd and 3rd-level support incidents independently. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Expert knowledge in the SAP Payroll (PY) and/or Personnel Time Management (PT) modules
- Experience in implementing IT projects and applications
- Professional experience in customer consulting and structured conceptual design
- Experience in handling complex support cases and incident management
