Job Summary
As an SAP HCM Application Manager at rku.it GmbH, you will be responsible for the comprehensive support and consulting of SAP HCM for S/4HANA modules, specifically focusing on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT). Your daily activities will include managing modules such as PA, OM, and ESS/MSS, advising customers on complex issues, and defining operational requirements in coordination with Service Owners. You will play a key role in implementing new projects and applications, potentially taking on sub-project leadership responsibilities. Furthermore, you will manage internal stakeholders and external partners while resolving 2nd and 3rd-level support tickets. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the field of SAP HCM
- Expert knowledge in the SAP Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT) modules
- Experience in implementing IT projects and applications
- Professional experience in customer consulting and requirements engineering
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd-level technical support
