Job Summary
As a Process Expert in Electronics Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the continuous analysis, optimization, and development of SMT production processes. Operating within a high-tech environment at the UX Group, you will apply Lean principles to ensure maximum quality and economic efficiency. Your daily activities include evaluating new technologies, materials, and machinery, as well as overseeing the technical condition of production lines through maintenance and repair organization. You will play a pivotal role in the technical implementation of new products, guiding them from the prototype phase through to full series production. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and maintaining essential technical documentation and work instructions. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and technology development. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training or degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- 2-3 years of practical experience in electronic manufacturing technologies
- Professional experience as a Process Engineer, Production Technologist, or SMT Technician
- Experience in analyzing and developing manufacturing processes using Lean principles
- Experience in technical implementation of products from prototype to series production
