Job Summary

As an Intern in People Insights at Deutsche Telekom, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of global employee surveys. Your day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining the Action Catalogue, creating materials for HR Business Partners, and optimizing German-language communication content such as survey questions and Q&A documents. You will also support enablement calls and various communication measures within an international, virtual team environment. This role is ideal for students of Human Resources or related fields who are passionate about data-driven people development. Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled student in Human Resource Management, a comparable degree program, or in a Gap Year between studies.

Experience

  • Current enrollment in a degree program in Human Resource Management or a comparable field, or currently in a Gap Year
  • Professional experience or strong interest in employee surveys and people development
  • Experience working with MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in an international or virtual work environment is preferred
  • Experience with survey software tools is considered an advantage
