Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Manager at ITENOS, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom, you will serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact for established clients. Your daily responsibilities include identifying customer needs, developing tailored solution concepts, and managing the entire lifecycle of service contracts from negotiation to fulfillment. You will be responsible for budget planning, revenue forecasting, and risk management while ensuring high service quality through SLA reporting and service reviews. This role is unique for its blend of technical oversight and commercial strategy, acting as the bridge between customer requirements and technical implementation. You will collaborate closely with System Engineers to oversee transition and realization projects, ensuring successful customer acceptance. Required Skills

Education

Degree or vocational training in a business or technical field; ITIL Certification required.

Experience

  • Experience in identifying customer needs and developing technical solution concepts
