Job Summary

As an Electrical Simulation Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable energy by conducting analytical and numerical analyses of electrotechnical components. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve performing Finite Element Method (FEM) calculations to optimize field strengths and reduce losses in high-voltage products. You will collaborate with agile teams to develop innovative simulation tools and calculation methods, including macros, while ensuring all designs comply with international standards. The role requires a strong technical foundation to support the planning and evaluation of qualification tests for high-voltage switchgear. This position is particularly attractive for professionals seeking to work at the forefront of the energy transition within a global technology leader. You will benefit from a flexible working environment, remote work options, and extensive professional development programs, all while contributing to technologies that support one-sixth of the world's electricity generation.
