This role involves the technical supervision and approval of industrial and commercial facilities to ensure water protection and environmental safety within the Darmstadt regional district. As an Environmental Engineer, you will be responsible for permitting and monitoring the safe operation of plants handling water-hazardous substances. Your day-to-day tasks include conducting water protection inspections, overseeing industrial wastewater discharges, and performing audits in accordance with the Industrial Emissions Directive (IE-RL). Additionally, you will provide expert technical statements for immission control and building permit procedures. Required Skills
Education
