This role involves leading the Process Cluster within a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program at one of Europe’s most modern university hospitals. As part of the internal consulting team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and optimization of administrative business processes using Lean Management principles. Your day-to-day will include steering cross-functional areas such as process architecture, data protection, and role management, while providing methodological guidance to the broader project team. You will lead hybrid teams and manage external service providers to ensure the successful implementation of digital business processes.
