Job Summary
Join Jus-IT, the IT service center for the Bavarian judiciary, where you will play a vital role in modernizing and maintaining the IT infrastructure for over 15,000 workstations. In this position, you will be responsible for the continuous development of Windows clients, providing technical consultation to judicial authorities, and managing external service providers. Your daily tasks include coordinating change management, testing new hardware and software versions, and resolving complex technical incidents. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business/Administrative) Informatics or a comparable subject, or vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Management Assistant, or equivalent.
Experience
- Professional experience with client hardware including notebooks, desktops, and printers
- Experience in datacenter hardware environments
- Practical experience in process-oriented hardware and software provisioning
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing and operational business processes
- Experience in technical consulting and stakeholder management

- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Bavaria. Applicants must be able to work at one of the specified locations: Amberg, Munich, Augsburg, or Würzburg. Initial contract is fixed-term for one year with a 100% transition rate to permanent status based on performance.
