Job Summary

As an Offshore Service Technician specializing in Electrical Engineering, you will play a critical role in maintaining the stability of the power grid connecting the North Sea to the Alps. Your daily responsibilities include participating in quality inspections and acceptance tests at shipyards and supplier sites, as well as on offshore converter platforms. You will oversee the commissioning of complex electrical systems such as switchgear, transformers, and circuit breakers. A key part of the role involves taking on plant responsibility, performing switching operations, and coordinating maintenance campaigns with external service providers. This position is unique for its blend of high-level technical responsibility and the adventurous nature of offshore work.
