Job Summary

As an IT Client Management Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's client infrastructure. Your daily activities will include designing, installing, and configuring client systems, alongside managing software deployment, group policies, and patch management. You will play a critical role in ensuring system security and availability by monitoring IT systems and resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-level incidents and service requests. Beyond maintenance, you will evaluate and test new hardware models for corporate rollout and create comprehensive technical documentation. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving complex 2nd and 3rd-level support tickets
  • Experience in creating technical system documentation and user manuals
