Job Summary
Join FERCHAU as a System Engineer specializing in Radar technology, contributing to the development of test systems for cutting-edge Radar-EW products using 'Hardware-in-the-Loop' verification. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to integration, operation, and support. This role involves creating technical specifications, defining interfaces, and ensuring compliance with aviation industry regulations. You will also be responsible for system dimensioning, supplier selection, and commissioning. The position offers a dynamic, innovative, and safety-critical environment with opportunities for international assignments, close collaboration with stakeholders, and professional growth within a family-owned IT and Engineering company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in system engineering methods and tools
- Professional experience in system-oriented modeling
- Experience with High-Frequency Systems (specification, qualification, and test)
- Experience with Thermal Management using liquid cooling
- Experience in the aviation environment, preferably with a military background
Languages
Additional
- B2+ German language proficiency required. German is the working language of the project. Ability to work in an international environment.
