This role is situated within the newly established Strategy and Digitalization Office of the North Rhine-Westphalia Police (LAFP NRW) in Selm. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of internal security innovation, focusing on the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and moderating change management architectures, developing communication strategies to promote AI literacy, and coordinating with diverse stakeholders to foster acceptance of digital transformation. You will create tailored information and qualification formats to support employees and executives through organizational shifts. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Economics, Pedagogy, Ethics, HR Management, Psychology, Communication Science, Media Management, or Media Science; alternatively, equivalent skills with additional qualifications in Change Management or Organizational Development.
Experience
- Professional experience in change management, specifically within digital transformation processes or managing digital communities.
- Experience in designing dialogue formats and motivating participants in collaborative environments.
- Experience in communication planning and participation strategies.
- Professional experience in project management and agile working methods.
- Proven ability to handle organizational barriers and skepticism towards change processes.
