This role supports the Office for Sports Promotion in Kiel, specifically assisting the management and the Central Control unit. Required Skills

Education

Completed at least three years of commercial vocational training, OR qualification for the second entry level of career group one (General Services), OR completed training as a Management Assistant in Public Administration (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), OR completed Administrative Course I (Angestelltenlehrgang I).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience based on the required vocational training
  • Professional experience in a role with external representation and public interaction
  • Extensive experience in administrative or assistant roles
  • Experience in communication and coordination between internal departments and external partners
